Rolando Negoita: A Comprehensive Catalogue of Pipe Designs

We are producing a series of limited edition books that document the evolution of Rolando’s signature shapes from 2002 to the present. Due to the great number of variations in Rolando’s trademark designs, it is very difficult to assign names to all
of them. Still, many of his revered designs have naturally fallen into categories familiar
to collectors worldwide. These include the Gourds, Walnuts, Blue Whales, Amphoras,
and the form as function inspired Pipe-Pipes to which we have now added Rolando’s newest collection, Conducta. We believe that when Rolando’s pipes are viewed as a whole, the term “novelty in abundance” is entirely fitting.
